Review: I don't even know where to begin. I absolutely love Jewel's writing. I love going into her books completely blind. She has such unique stories that you just can't put down! This one is set in 1985 and I loved going back to the simpler times. I truly found myself thinking about this book nonstop and would steal away every minute I could to read. Yes, that sometimes included hiding in the bathroom so I could get one more chapter in!🤣 Sarah Jacobson is the 18 year old preacher's daughter. She has been dating Matt Cory, the town golden boy, for 2 years. Matt's older brother Isaac has been away for 6 years in the military. He returns home to work on the family ranch and the moment he sees Sarah...his life is forever changed. “Matty could have the fame and fortune. World titles and fancy cars. He could have six days and nights. I only wanted Sunday Morning. I just wanted the girl.” Oh my gosh, the tension between these two! The banter, the connection they shared! I couldn't ask for more in a hero that would do anything for his girl. The way he helped her to spread her wings and follow her dreams made my heart soar. Jewel brought out EVERY emotion from me! I could relate to the characters and truly felt like I was there with them. Jewel's writing is just so magical in the way she draws you in and makes you feel like you are there living the story with them. I loved all of the side characters and I can't wait for more books in this series! Such an amazing start to this new world!😍 I can't stop thinking about these characters and I'm not ready to say goodbye!
