This is such a wonderful second chance type of love & boy do these two just love each other. This might start off as a marriage of convenience but the feelings between Hayes & Sav are very real from the moment they reconnect. As they work through their past, they both come to the quick realization that it's always been "peas & carrots" (i.e. the "it's always been you" trope is strong here!). This long lost best friends/true loves story is done so incredibly well. I love the grumpy vs sunshine with Hayes & Sav - they complement each other perfectly. Savannah is confident, outgoing & loves Hayes so fully. Her reading his letters completely tore down any walls she might've put up & had me tearing alongside her. And Hayes - wow hotness! That man might've been guarded but he comes undone for Savannah, laying himself bare for her in every way. The chemistry between these two is off the charts and this love story is the perfect way to end this series - sweet, spicy and SWOONY! We get to see all our favorites (lots of Beefcake!) one last time and that found family just brings so much joy.
