I really enjoyed reading this book because Kendall's writing style is amazing and always makes me laugh with her books. "Trying to Score" is the sweet and sexy romance book with friends to lovers and fake relationship tropes. Sarah and Teddy's relationship is a slow burn. They started a fake relationship but how can be anything fake if is there a tiny little spark between them?! Sarah is the female character you want to be friends with her. She is also smart and she knows what she wants (that's why she is such a good lawyer 😉). Teddy, ahh, he is so delicious. To be honest? I didn't expect anything less. He must be awesome and everything because first of all, he is a hockey player 😍! If you're looking for a romance book that will make you laugh and also fall in love with characters, then this is a book for you!
