No, Ms. Fox…I think it’s my heart you shattered!! I have fallen so deeply in love with this world after reading Smoke and Scar! Picking up the book Splintered Kingdom, I was reminded why I love it so much! I will remain shattered until I can have book 3 in my hands! The characters? The MMC is a gem, and no one can convince me otherwise! The strength of the FMC is who I want to be! Each side character has found a way into my heart, and I’m just as invested in their stories! And the yearning! I love it, and I can't get enough! The way this series explores feelings, memories, and relationships has my head spinning and begging for more! There were so many answers in book 2 and so many more questions! The ending is going to live rent-free in my head! I have never needed the next book in my hands more than I need this one! I will be silently replaying the action and the beauty of this book in my head until then.
