Black pages, gold foil, tatted Greek like God on the cover… bites fist. I dove into this beaut blindly, as I do with all books Kallym blesses the cover with, do you blame me? This was my first Kate Oliver read after meeting her in Midland and I am HOOKED. Story line was easy to follow. Definitely smutty. Did I have a daddy kink before this book? No. Do I now? Most likely. The characters were not annoying. MMC gave macho dom “me Tarzan, you Jane” vibes. FMC wasn’t an annoying airhead we all want to uppercut through the pages. The secondary characters (savage brothers) had us all feening and impatiently waiting for their stories to be gifted to us. Did I mention the smut? FMC gets captured, basically becomes a princess “prisoner”. Literally gets treated like a spoiled Hollywood purse dog incarcerated in a mansion. Overall a great read. Cannot wait for Savage Obsession.
