Image 101: A 1x1 image, likely be a tacker probe Amazon Customer](javascript:void(0)) 5 out of 5 stars a must read! wow. this book was sooo amazing!! - DARK romance - spicy - badaśś fmc x psychopath mmc - forced marriage - captive x captor - enemies to lovers - forced proximity at first i expected to like the book just like any other dark romance but i totally was blown away. the way this author was able to make me feel as if i was watching a movie, is incredible. not only is her writing in this amazing but the characters and the plot twists too! the characters had so much depth and even with the morally gray part of them, they were still so lovable. it was also so funny! like i genuinely didn’t expect to literally laugh while reading but some of the things that are said are just so funny! i read this without reading the prior books in the series but definitely plan on reading them! i just truly can’t even rave about this book enough. if you know me, i’ve probably already told you to read it lol. the spicy scenes were sooo good too! every part of this book was amazing. i haven’t cried over a book but i genuinely was sad at that one part, iykyk. kayla was one of the best fmc ive ever read. her strength, resilience, compassion, stubbornness, loyalty, intelligence all made her so easy to care about. there was so much depth to both her and nathan, nate, the mmc. nathan white. whewwww. where do i even begin lol. he’s absolutely insane but in the best possible way. like sometimes authors will label a character as “morally gray” and they will just be pretty normal, well not with nate lol. nate is crazy but like in the hottest and most lovable way. at first i actually wasn’t a fan of him but the more i got to know his character, the more he grew on me! nate is so overprotective but also thoughtful and loving to those close, well in his own crazy way. the plot twists, the spice, the characters and their growth, the details, just everything was so amazing!
